Roll Out Plan

To help facilitate the transition we will be rolling out the GotSport system in 3 phases, so we can focus our training and support based on users’ needs.

Schedule One on One Meeting Today

Determine Club's Registration System (GotSport Integrated or Non Integrated)

  • All clubs will attend a mandatory one on one or group session with GotSport.
  • Full Access users may obtain their login credentials to gain access to their GotSport account
  • Add additional club administrators & verify club information
  • Build try out registration for clubs choosing the GotSport Integrated Pathway
Phase 1 Documents

Building & Submitting Team Registrations

  • Non-GotSport affiliated clubs will upload player/coach/manager information into GotSport
  • Create teams
  • Register teams to league registration events
  • Build team rosters
Phase 2 Documents

Roster Approvals & Risk Management Begins For The Next Seasonal Year

  • Admins/Coaches/Managers may begin submitting their Background & SafeSport through GotSport if applicable
  • Verify previous coaches/managers, and the SafeSport and CDC tests can now be completed for 2023/2024.
  • Upon approval, clubs & teams may begin printing roster and player pass cards.
